This is a starting, good-faith set of terms reflecting what DASOUL actually does today — not a template. Worth a real lawyer’s pass once real payments or a wider audience are involved, same note as the privacy page.
You need to be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live (in most places, 18) to use this app. It’s built around romantic couples — two people, paired together — not a general social platform.
One account per person. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, and for anything you upload — a mission photo, a story, anything else. Don’t upload anything illegal, abusive, or something you don’t have the right to share.
Stars earned in the League represent real rupees, credited to a balance shared with your partner and redeemable as a discount at Shop checkout. They aren’t a currency, can’t be transferred to anyone outside your couple, can’t be withdrawn as cash, and have no value anywhere outside this app.
Products are handmade and subject to real availability — an order can be limited to specific states or countries, shown plainly before you’d hit a wall at checkout, not after. Handmade work varies piece to piece; that’s not a defect.

If an order arrives damaged, wrong, or missing something you paid for, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it, our choice. Outside that, we don’t accept returns for change of mind on a made-to-order piece.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method — how long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card, not on us. If we ask you to send something back, we cover the return shipping when the fault is ours; you cover it otherwise.
Delete it any time from Settings. We can suspend or remove an account for abuse, for content that shouldn’t be here, or for trying to break the app for other people.
This is provided as-is. We don’t guarantee it’s always available, always correct, or never loses something — we build it carefully, but this isn’t a legal guarantee of perfection.
To the extent the law where you live allows it, our liability to you is limited to what you’ve actually paid us, if anything.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
